EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM DELEGASI GAJI AWAK KAPAL

Delegation of salary is the act of rights transfer against a person or a party designated by the sea agreement letter signed by crew and ship owners. This system prevents the action of hedonist behavior by crew’s ship. Salary that delegated organized 50-60% of the total crew’s salaries but that not including incentives. Ship Incentive received by crew’s ship on board directly. From the results of questionnaire toward 58 respondents who comprise the crew of PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk concluded that the crew felt helped by the existence of a salary delegation system and the delegation of salary in the company has been running well and effectively.

Delegasi gaji merupakan tindakan pengalihan atas sejumlah hak terhadap seseorang atau pihak yang ditunjuk berdasarkan perjanjian kerja laut yang ditandatangani awak kapal dan pemilik kapal. Sistem ini mencegah tindakan pemborosan awak kapal dalam penggunaan gaji. Gaji yang didelegasikan bekisar 50-60% dari total gaji awak kapal tidak termasuk insentif kapal. Insentif yang merupakan bonus tambahan bagi awak kapal diterima langsung diatas kapal. Dari hasil kuesioner terhadap 58 responden yang terdiri dari awak kapal PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line, Tbk disimpulkan bahwa awak kapal merasa terbantu dengan adanya sistem delegasi gaji serta sistem delegasi gaji di perusahaan tersebut telah berjalan lancar dan efektif.
