PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi pada Pegawai di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyse jobs characteristics to the employees performance if Polytechnic Merchant Marine Semarang. The population is 190 employese which using random sampling technique of 129 respondents. The data analysis is using multi regression analysis which concludes that performance characteristic has positive and significance influence to the employee’s performance.

Target dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisa karakteristik pekerjaan terhadapa kinerja pegawai di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang.  Pada penelitian ini populasi pegawai di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang dihitung sampai dengan 190 orang..Mengambil sampel dari teknik porposional stratifikasi acak. Penilaian dari jumlah ini menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan dengan menghitung 129 responden. Data analisis menggunakan analisis regresi ganda.  Karakteristik kinerja mempunyai efek positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pegawai.
