LUARAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING DOSEN VOKASI MARITIM TERHADAP KINERJA PENELITIAN (STUDI TERHADAP DOSEN POLITEKNIK PELAYARAN JAWA TENGAH)

Penelitian di Perguruan Tinggi Vokasi Maritim diarahkan untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan daya saing bangsa. Kinerja Penelitian (KP) merupakan suatu proses yang mencakup aktivitas penyerapan, penyampaian, dan pembelajaran pengetahuan mulai dari saat tahap merumuskan masalah hingga diseminasi. Proses penelitian tersebut tak lain adalah proses knowledge sharing (KS). KS adalah tindakan sedemikian rupa sehingga pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki individu dapat tersedia bagi orang lain dalam organisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh peningkatan kinerja penelitian dosen yang dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan (KS) dengan melalui perekaman diri dan organisasi pintar (PT) dikalangan dosen vokasi maritim, khususnya yang berlokasi di Jawa Tengah. Data abstraksi penelitian dosen perguruan tinggi vokasi maritim merupakaan pemetaan penelitian dari kedalaman dan keluasan penelitian yang mencakup materi penelitian dasar dan penelitian terapan pada perguruan tinggi vokasi maritim. Metode angket (kuesioner) dan Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan penghitungan menggunakan partial least square (SmartPLS) dalam uji realibilitas, uji validitas dan uji hipotesa. Berbagi Pengetahuan (KS) yang berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Penelitian (KP) dengan Organisasi Pintar (PT) sebagai variabel mediasi, yakni sebesar 2,377 dengan signifikansi 0,018.
