IMPLEMENTASI INAPORTNET TERHADAP EFISIENSI WAKTU DAN PROSES PENERBITAN SURAT PERSETUJUAN BERLAYAR DI KSOP KELAS III RANGGA ILUNG

Penelitian ini menganalisis efisiensi implementasi Inaportnet dalam penerbitan Surat Perstujuan Berlayar (SPB). Inaportnet, platform digital administrasi pelayaran, dirancang untuk mengatasi kendala operasional pelabuhan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan perwakilan keagenan kapal dan KSOP, serta kuesioner kepada 30 responden keagenan kapal. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan efisiensi waktu dan proses penerbitan SPB pasca-implementasi Inaportnet di KSOP Kelas III Rangga Ilung. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui wawancara yang menunjukkan transisi dari proses manual yang tidak menentu menjadi digital dan stabil, serta uji Paired Sample T-test (thitung (7,87) > ttabel (2,05)), menolak H0. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi kesalahan input data pengguna dan gangguan teknis sistem.
