Abstract. This study analyzes the implementation of the Inaportnet system in improving the efficiency of Port Clearance (services at the Class IV Harbourmaster and Port Authority Office (KSOP) in Selatpanjang. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that although the implementation of Inaportnet has facilitated the service process, several obstacles persist, such as limited internet connectivity, incomplete vessel documentation, and a lack of understanding among shipping agents regarding the system's procedures. This study recommends the enhancement of information technology infrastructure, continuous training for human resources, and improved inter-agency coordination to optimize SPB services through Inaportnet.
