MODEL PENINGKATAN KINERJA SDM MELALUI MOTIVASI DISIPLIN KERJA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil kerja baik itu secara kualitas maupun kuantitas yang telah dicapai karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan organisasi dan hasil kerjanya tersebut disesuaikan dengan hasil kerja yang diharapkan organisasi melalui kriteria-kriteria atau standar kinerja karyawan yang berlaku dalam organisasi,
Pada penelitian ini akan di analisis variabel motivasi, displin kerja, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja sebagai independen variabel yang mempengaruhi dependen variabel yaitu kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil adalah semua karyawan tetap PT. Pelni Cabang Semarang.
Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial, sedangkan koefesien determinasi mendapatkan nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,596 dengan demikian 59,6% kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh 4 variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 40,4% merupakan pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk didalam penelitian ini.

Employee performance is the result of both in quality and quantity has been reached employees in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to the organization and its work is tailored to the work expected of the organization through the criteria or performance standards for employees in the organization , This research will be analyzed variables of motifation, work disiplin, leadership and work environment as independent variables that affect the dependent variable is the performance of employees. In this study the object taken is that all employees of PT. Pelni Semarang branch. Data analysis technique used is the technique of linear regression. Based on the research and analysis of data from multiple linear regression equation indicates that there is a positive and significant effect partially, while the coefficient of determination to get the value of Adjusted R square of 0.596 is thus 59.6% of employee performance is explained by four variables, while the remaining 40, 4% is the influence of other variables not included in this study.
