Abstract

Bernavigasi merupakan bagian dari kegiatan mengemudikan kapal dari suatu tempat ketempat lain. Pengetahuan tentang alat-alat navigasi sangat penting untuk membantu seorang pelaut dalam melayarkan kapalnya. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, modernisasi peralatan navigasi sangat membantu akurasi penentuan posisi kapal, dapat mengetahui macam-macam alat navigasi elektronik dan konvensional, dapat memahami fungsi dan kegunaan dari alat tersebut, mengetahui prinsip kerja dari alat navigasi tersebut dan dapat mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan dari alat navigasi konvensional dan elektronik.
